Technest Deals Return Policy

Technest Deals' return policy allows you to reconsider your purchase and return the item, specifying the reason, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the delivery date, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by applicable law.

The return request can be made via email or via WhatsApp.

Technest Deals' return policy does not affect your rights under the law and your right of withdrawal.

If you return the item in accordance with the instructions provided, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price for the returned product. The cost of return shipping must be borne by the consumer.

Note: We will issue a refund for a product shipped by Technest Deals within a maximum of 30 days and will confirm this via email. You will see the refund on your bank account or credit card statement.

To make a return in accordance with Technest Deals' policy, you must inform us within the above timeframe by following the instructions on the "Return an item" page. If you need assistance, you can contact us. Alternatively, you can also use this form within the specified timeframe.

You are required to return the products by following the instructions provided via email or WhatsApp.

Note: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Items purchased as new must be returned intact, unused, and undamaged. Items purchased as used must not show any further signs of wear beyond what was present at the time of delivery or any damage.

Finally, here are some types of products for which the right of withdrawal is not provided:

• Custom-made products;

• Perishable products or products with a short expiration date;

• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
